Local Craftsman Chris Alvarado Building 50th Anniversary Woodstock Guitar
Chris Alvarado, Owner & Founder of Driftwood Guitars, has a new project to build a one-of-a-kind guitar in honor of the 50th Anniversary of Woodstock music festival. The neck of the guitar will be crafted out of wood from the historic Woodstock stage. Alvarado will be breathing new life into the stage wood from many years ago, adding to the musical heritage and legacy of Woodstock.
Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse Celebrates 25 Years
Our favorite Grayton gem, Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse, has turned 25! The "birthday party" was held under the oaks in the Backyard of Love on Saturday, May 11th. Everyone had a good time sharing, drinking, eating, and dancing!
Emerald Coast Theatre Company Captures Time
This past year has flown by for most folks, but Nathanael Fisher has figured out how to capture time, even for a moment, with every production of the Emerald Coast Theatre Company.
Now into its 5th season, with Nathanael as the Producing Artistic Director, over 7,000 people have attended performances at the “560 Grand Boulevard, Upstairs” location. Seated alone in the curtained main stage area, Nathanael seems content and “at home” in the ECTC environs.
