Watersound is more than a neighborhood, it is the name for a wide variety of places in Walton and Bay Counties. Watersound Origins is north of US Hwy 98 on the east end of SoWal. The collection of neighborhoods is designed to fit naturally into the surrounding landscape. With access to championship golf, private beach spots, and welcoming neighborhood hubs, Watersound offers a peaceful refuge for both growing families and retirees. It is a place where a strong sense of community thrives and neighbors quickly become lifelong friends, all drawn together by a shared love for the Florida coast.
