30Avenue Live Music & Carriage Rides Spring/Summer 2016

30Avenue kicks off the season with an exciting live music series to take place on Thursday evenings under the palms. Make plans to visit South Walton's newest shop + dine destination at Inlet Beach, take it easy while enjoying the music of the area's top artists, and catch a complimentary horse and carriage ride.

30Avenue's music under the palms will start March 17 from 6:00 p.m. til 9:00 p.m. and will continue every Thursday night during March. The weekly festivities begin again May 26 and continue on Thursday nights through September 1. We are thrilled to announce this artist lineup.

With many events dotting the extraordinary communities along Scenic Highway 30A, 30Avenue has created a unique experience for visitors by combining an intimate gathering space among majestic palms. Horse and carriage rides will be offered complimentary to guests, while unique shopping, dining and lawn games join the synergy of professional musical guests on the green. 30Avenue has sprung to life seemingly overnight.

“It is hard to believe our first merchant has not been open one year, yet we now have four completely diverse restaurant offerings, a thriving yoga studio, bustling executive offices, a cutting-edge art gallery, unique boutiques and the honor of welcoming successful local businesses who decided to relocate to 30Avenue,” said Kerri Parker, director of marketing and leasing for Corr Group.

The most recent businesses to open at 30Avenue are Shimmering Seas Jewelry and Great American Cookies/Marble Slab Creamery. Opening Feb. 29 is a health casual restaurant, Freshii.

In the midst of breaking ground and leasing a new building at 30Avenue, the development also made its debut as an indoor event venue during the 7th annual 30A Songwriters Festival over Martin Luther King weekend. Aptly named The Loft at 30Avenue, the event space welcomed hundreds of music lovers and songwriters from all points.

“Standing among hundreds at The Loft that weekend, it became obvious that we had a gem of a space for an indoor venue unlike anything offered in South Walton,” said Parker.

The space is over 10,000 square feet, allowing hundreds of people to gather in a spectacular setting overlooking the palms and fountains of 30Avenue. The Loft will be leased for weddings, receptions, symposiums, and meetings.

30Avenue brings a unique lifestyle village to the east side of South Walton, just across the highway from Rosemary Beach. It's growing day by day, and not only has fantastic restaurants and boutiques, but premier office space on upper floors.

Brick walkways and tall palms line a lush green space and an infinity reflecting pool. White stucco façades are similar to nearby Alys Beach architecture. With attention to detail on every front, this new village center is an integral part of the thriving South Walton Community.
