The documentary we have been working on for the last year and a half, Coastal Dune Lakes: Jewels of Florida’s Emerald Coast, is finished and will be shown on Public Television stations in April across Florida, Alabama and Mississippi, then all across the United States in July.

The latest real estate report for February 2015 includes statistics for single family homes in Walton County, Florida. January's numbers were impressive and February is looking even stronger with the number of closed sales up 31% over the same month last year. The number of pending sales are up 14%. Cash sales are up a whopping 47% and average sales price up 23%.
