Have a Holly, Jolly Christmas at The Village of Baytowne Wharf with a packed calendar of fun events throughout the month of December.

Baytowne is a wonderful place to enjoy holiday shopping, dining and entertainment with friends and family, and this season they're featuring live music performances, twinkling light shows, Ice Skating Extravaganza, Winter Wonderland and a New Year's Countdown to ring in 2020. To help you keep it all straight, we're giving you this guide to events taking place at The Village of Baytowne Wharf this December.         

Shaka Sushi and Noodle Bar (Inlet Beach) and Southside Slice Pizzeria (Rosemary Beach) are now offering delivery from 4:00PM to close every night. The delivery area is limited for now - anywhere up to 3 miles around Shades Bar and Grill. The plan is to eventually grow that radius as business allows.

There are lots of places that sell lots of bikes, but Big Daddy’s Bike Shop remains at the top of the hill.

Single family homes closed sales were up 1.8% for September 2019 compared to the same month last year. The number of pending sales for Walton County was up 3.6%. Inventory was uo 1.5%. Median sales price was up 10.1%. Dollar volume was unchanged over last year at $142.3 Million.
