John Mark Turner and Scott Crompton have been playing together for over 20 years. As the guitars of BLUES OLD STAND, they have toured around the world with other various artists and collaborations.
 
In 2011, Scott opened BLADE STUDIOS with business partner Brady Blade (Dave Matthews & Friends, Emmy Lou Harris, Bob Dylan and others) and has served as a session player on numerous records to date with Brady and playing with the famed HALLELUJAH TRAIN band.

Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend at The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin! Live music begins on Saturday and lasts all weekend long, with bands on the Events Plaza stage from 7-9pm each night. Enjoy children's activities in the Events Plaza on Sunday from 6-9 pm, followed by a patriotic fireworks show over the lagoon at 9:15pm. On Monday, Baytowne will host a Memorial Day program presented by Sandestin veterans, including a special brass band performance.

Come out to Billabong's 5th Annual Grom Comp May 17 at 9am at Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. This is a surf contest for kids ages 6 to 12 and no experience is needed! Billabong provides boards, contest jerseys, and instructors to assist the contestants in the water. This is an amazing event with all proceeds going to the South Walton Jr Lifeguard Program.

The Bay is at the foot of the 331 bridge in South Walton. It is the place to go for live music on the deck from Thursday through Sunday every week! Arrive by car, kayak, or boat, kick back, and enjoy the scene.
