Mountainfilm lends soul to SoWal. It's one of the events we never miss, and are glad to sponsor every year. The Telluride MountainFilm on Tour returns to WaterColor’s Marina Park Amphitheater on Nov. 6 & 7. Celebrating its 15th year, the outdoor film festival has adventure, life lessons and environmental messages as the central themes for an International quest to encourage change and education through striking imagery and stories of perseverance.

In South Walton it has always been about the beach and a laid-back lifestyle. But in recent years music and fashion have become a huge part of the SoWal scene, and Lauren Spring draws inspiration from each. She runs a very popular clothing boutique in WaterColor and also takes the stage as a singer and guitarist for two local bands.

Wake up SoWal food lovers and get over to Fish Out of Water at the WaterColor Inn for a very special gulf front breakfast. It's the perfect way to start a beautiful beach day, or the perfect spot to linger over Sunday brunch complete with a mimosa (or two!). SoWal staffers recently enjoyed a stellar morning meal at the award winning restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and what a feast!

The WaterColor Boathouse is a special SoWal place that offers a fun and exhilarating approach to getting fit and staying fit. The team at the BoatHouse offers a refreshing alternative to the same old trip to the gym. The serene spot on Western Lake is a great place to touch base with your inner self as well.

Easy On 30A benefit concert is back for its fourth year to raise money for great causes. The free, family-friendly concert will take place on Friday, July 3 from 5:45 - 10:00 p.m. at WaterColor's Marina Park. Performers include Forrest Williams Band, The Rips, and Geoff McBride. Fabulous raffle and silent auction items donated by local businesses will benefit Alaqua Animal Refuge, the Lighthouse Family Retreat, and the Muscogee Nation of Florida. 

WaterColor Inn & Resort has a great line up for everyone in SoWal this summer with weekly concerts and movies in the amphitheater at Marina Park. Bring your friends and family and a chair or blanket for seating to enjoy outdoor entertainment every week under the stars.

All summer long, enjoy Tuesday Night Favorites and Throwback Thursday Night movies beginning at sunset. Concerts begin June 1 and will take place on Monday nights from 6-8 pm. Movies and concerts are open to the public and admission is free.

Welcome in spring at the 10th Annual Art in the Park held at WaterColor's Cerulean Park and Town Center on March 21 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. WaterColor, located on Scenic Highway 30A, is the ideal backdrop for this open-air event where homeowners, visitors and locals are invited to spend the day exploring a wide spectrum of art, enjoying live music, socializing over a fun beverage and bite to eat or just relaxing in the park. 
 

On Saturday, March 21, 2015, the WaterColor Community Association will be hosting their 10th Annual Art in the Park from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. in WaterColor’s Cerulean Park and Town Center.
