The latest real estate statistics for August 2013 in Walton County show continued improvement – sales are up, prices are up, inventory is lower. A fact that jumps off the page is that the average sales price of single family homes is up 45% over the same month last year. The average days on market is down 36% which means properties are selling faster, and inventory is down 10%.
A grand party is planned at Grand Boulevard at Sandestin to showcase the 2013 winners of the Best of the Emerald Coast by Emerald Coast Magazine.
