30Avenue is a new upscale shopping and dining destination on the eastern gateway to South Walton, just across the highway from Rosemary Beach. It's growing day by day, and not only has fantastic restaurants and boutiques, but premier office space on upper floors. Brick walkways and tall palms line a lush green space and an infinity reflecting pool. White stucco façades are similar to nearby Alys Beach architecture.

Shop
Gift giving is the art of surprising a loved one with something they didn’t know they needed. Now that may seem like a daunting task, but 30Avenue’s curated boutiques offer unique products and personalized service that make it easy to win at the holidays.

Outpost is basically Anthropologie’s chic sister who lives by the ocean. The boutique’s merchandise ranges from beauty, apparel and accessories, to housewares and white slipcovered sofas with overstuffed down feather pillows. And they just so happen to have the only coffee shop at 30Avenue. It’s thoughtfully situated next to a nook of coffee table books that define the fun and centered Outpost lifestyle.

The fashion forward can also get their fix at Willow + Mercer. But if you’re more into t-shirts and flip flops, you can purchase head to toe beach gear at Shades, where, as the name suggests, you can also pick up high end sunglasses from Ray Ban and Costa Del Mar.

You know who should be able to wear yoga pants out in public? ANYONE WHO WANTS TO. And Otium sells some cute ones. While you’re there, declare war on the inevitable holiday weight gain by signing up for a yoga sesh or ten, and buy gear to boot. Otium also stocks clean smelling candles to make all that deep yogic breathing that much sweeter.

Shimmering Seas Jewelry carries a fabulous collection of casual jewelry, featuring lines by Alex & Ani, Uno de 50, Waxing Poetic and the ubiquitous Pandora line, among others. The boutique just moved their much-loved shop from Seaside to 30Avenue, where they are the only merchant that specializes in jewelry.

Feast
30Avenue’s four restaurants are reason enough to head over to Inlet Beach, and they’re perfect for refueling from a day of shopping or for enjoying happy hour with friends. Chef Tim Creehan’s gorgeous and insanely popular Cuvee 30A has found a second home at 30Avenue. Fare fit for a special evening includes Chilean Sea Bass and choice center cut filets. And Barbacoa Mexican Grill serves deliciousness from south of the border.

Design
30Avenue’s chic architecture inspires the hearts and minds of the design mavens that have set up shop behind the white stucco walls. A Boheme Design + Architecture can create your home from the inside out. And the interior designers at Design Services of Florida have been turning dreams into reality for a dozen years.

Design specializes in handmade cotton and wool rugs and carries antiques, accessories, lighting and everything else you need to make your home a reflection of your personal style. Definitely check out their coffee table book selections for the bibliophile in your life.

The inspired design at 30Avenue has convinced several businesses to set up offices at the lifestyle center. 30A Smiles is offering dentistry for children and adults, and what better place to reward yourself for a perfect check-up.

Walton Funding, Sotheby’s International Realty and Corr Group, the force behind 30Avenue, have all set up shop in the luxe professional offices.

On any given day at 30Avenue, you may find yourself and others eating, running errands, shopping, people watching or squeezing in some 'me time' during yoga.
