Single family closed sales were down 2.3% for March compared to the same month last year. A rare decrease! The number of pending sales for Walton County was was up 6.3%. Inventory was down 6.1%, dropping for the 11th month in a row. Median sales price was down 3%. Dollar volume decresed 7.7% over last year at $172.8 Million.
