There are lots of foot races that take place in SoWal, but few offer the communion with nature experienced by runners participating in the Grayton Beach Kous Kouri 8 & 4 Miler to be held this year on Saturday, Nov. 30 at Grayton Beach State Park. This run is a genuine TRAIL run beginning and ending near the main pavilion at the park.

The gathering of good witches is upon us!
The Witches of South Walton are set the host the 16th Annual Witch Ride presented by Pizza by the Sea, on Wednesday, October 31 to support the mission of local nonprofit, the Children’s Volunteer Health Network, or CVHN.
The 8th Annual Alys Beach 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run takes place Labor Day weekend on Sunday, September 1 from 7am til 12pm.
Located along Scenic 30A, the course winds through the resort town and ends with an oversized obstacle course for kids of all ages. Music, food, and beverages will be available in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre at the after party. Proceeds from the 2019 race will benefit Children in Crisis. Registration is OPEN!
