The most recent SoWal Real Estate Report covers all of Walton County including South Walton real estate activity for October 2019, with statistics for single family homes, townhomes, and condos in Walton County, Florida.

Single family homes closed sales were up 15.5% for October 2019 compared to the same month last year. The number of pending sales for Walton County was up 35.2%. Inventory was down 5.1%. Median sales price was down 2.9%. Dollar volume was down 9.1% over last year at $146.5 Million.

Shaka Sushi and Noodle Bar (Inlet Beach) and Southside Slice Pizzeria (Rosemary Beach) are now offering delivery from 4:00PM to close every night. The delivery area is limited for now - anywhere up to 3 miles around Shades Bar and Grill. The plan is to eventually grow that radius as business allows.

There are lots of places that sell lots of bikes, but Big Daddy’s Bike Shop remains at the top of the hill.
