DeFuniak Springs Inaugural Wine Walk May 25

Main Street DeFuniak Springs, in partnership with Visit South Walton, is celebrating National Wine Day in style with its inaugural Wine Walk taking place Thursday, May 25 from 5 – 7 p.m. 

Participants will receive a commemorative tasting glass to be reused at participating merchants and receive a raffle ticket for every $10 spent in merchant shops and restaurants. The raffle tickets will be entered in a drawing for a merchant gift basket valued at more than $500.

Local Catch Bar & Grill Crawfish Boil & Live Music May 6

Did someone say crawfish? Let the good times boil as Local Catch Bar & Grill invites locals and visitors alike to a Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 6th from 4-7PM. Live music with the Forrest Williams Band is from 6-9PM during the Full Moon Party - keep an eye out for future FMPs. 

South Walton's own Forrest Williams Band is an award-winning favorite on stage among locals and visitors to the area.  Forrest and Pherrel Williams, along with drummer Josh Fox, perform a variety of music from southern rock to country and blues. 

PWMC Metamorphosis Fundraiser At Alys Beach Apr 14

Join The Point Washington Medical Clinic to celebrate their 6th birthday and transformation from a pop-up clinic to a stand alone facility!

Metamorphosis will take place Friday, April 14 from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. on the Kelly Green in the Alys Beach community. Bring your own chair, but don’t forget your dancing shoes. There will be a cash bar and food trucks on site with delicious offerings available for purchase.

Dance for Dawn Live Music Fundraiser at North Beach Social Feb 25

North Beach Social, on the bay at the 331 bridge, will host an all-day fundraiser for beloved locals Dawn and Mike Whitty February 25, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. There will be live music all day by local musicians who have generously offered to perform in support. Guests will also enjoy great food and drink specials. A portion of the sales will go to support Dawn and Mike. Dawn's story, in her own words, is below.
