International Coastal Cleanup in South Walton Sep 16

Come out and join beach loving locals for the Ocean Conservancy’s 2017 International Coastal Cleanup on Saturday, September 16, 2017. We can all help keep South Walton's beaches clean and pristine! This year, several efforts are underway on the beach, in parks and along bay shores. It's easy to get involved, there is no age limit or special skills required. Supplies and water to be provided to all volunteers.

The Alys Shoppe is All About Beach Style

I often remind myself that we are not meant to be limitless. I had a particularly difficult time holding myself to this as I recently perused the exquisite collection of goods at the Alys Shoppe.

From extraordinary jewelry whispering my name, to the quintessential white v-neck t-shirt adorned with the classic Alys Shoppe logo –  I was ready to unharness my imaginary, limitless credit card.

Truly Terrorizing Tripletails

Got back from almost three weeks at Indian Pass just in time to be stuck on the hill by Tropical Storm Harvey.

Oh well, lots of chores after being gone that will now get done.

My anglers and I had a big time at the pass but the Tarpons were kinda thin there this year. We saw fish every day and put a few in the air for anglers to dance with but never had the "show" with hundreds of fish feeding all around the boat or days of jumping lots of fish.
